This condo comes with one covered parking spot shown here, which is directly in front of the condo.  Very important.  You also get a decal to park on the property and there is a lot of parking spaces right behind you, including plenty for your guests.

This is a very large storage closet with electricity.  It is the same depth as your parking space is wide.

Here is the entrance to your condo #3.  Sliding glass door to the kitchen, which is convenient if your want to do some BBQing.

This condo is an end unit, so you don't have any neighbors staring in on you, and you have new windows all along your south side.  This Living Room also features a wood burning fireplace.

The water heater (brand new and very energy efficient) and furnace are both located on the left side of the hallway.  This was a great place for them.  I see so many condos where they have been placed in bathrooms and clothes closets.  Not good places.

Full size Hall Bath.  There is another closet just around the corner for linens.

I see so many pedestal sinks and all I can wonder is where do you puts your stuff?  This is a great layout.

On the way out the door.  The owner previous to the current owner really liked locks.  This condo being located in North Rose Hill, I don't know what the point was, but the current owner just locks the bottom one.
