Here
is the entrance to your new home.
Enjoy the view from
the porch of the Sound and the City. |
 |
This is the front
Entryway, but it has been my experience that most people come through
the back door. |
 |
The original hardwoods
are under the front bedroom and the living room/dining area. The front
bedroom could have been refinished, but too many screws had been used on
the Living Room/Dining Area, so we chose a good grade of carpet. The
flooring underneath is in very good condition. |
 |
The Main Floor
Bedrooms are reminiscent of a time when larger bedrooms were the norm. |
 |
The Front Bedroom
features a view of the city, a large ceiling fan, and a 15 pane glass
door. From here you can see the short distance it takes to get into
Downtown Seattle. Down Beacon, right on 4th, and you are
there.

The Living Room and
Dining Areas are full of windows to take advantage of the beautiful
views of the City, Sound, and Mountains. |

Here is the
entrance to the Master Bedroom, Master Bath, Laundry Room, and Basement. |
 |
Laundry Room.
The door to the Basement is right behind you.
|
 |
The Master Bedroom is
much bigger than this picture shows. It also has a tremendous amount of
storage above and two closets. |

Master
Bath with two sinks in separate parts of the bathroom. |

is on the left. |

South facing Bedroom. |

Full Upstairs Bath off of the Southern facing bedroom. |
 |
The Basement Stairs are located off the Laundry Room and back door. |
 |
This is a great Basement. Hot and cold running water with a deep sink.
The gas furnace and water heater are in another part of the basement.
There is a lot of room for storage, a workshop, and more. |
 |
That door in back goes to the Gas Furnace, Water Heater, and more
storage. |
 |
I have seen people take an area like this and make it into a garage. |
 |
West
side of house. That green space does not belong to this house. The next
door house is just way in back on their lot. |

Here is a picture from my walk around the neighborhood. |

Here is another picture from my walk around the neighborhood. |

This picture was taken from the front porch. |

Here is your neighborhood. Lots of parking front and back with a
detached garage in very good condition. Remember that Lite Rail is
being built just up the street off of McClellan and Beacon. |
 |
The Northwest is a great area if you are relocating. Civic minded
people in upscale neighborhoods enjoying a variety of healthy
lifestyles. |
 |
Pikes Place Market is a great location for enjoying a walk through the
stalls of flower and food venders. Want some great French food, a
beautiful view, and a cozy evening with someone you love? I
recommend Maximillians. |
 |
The Space Needle is known worldwide. Seattle has a lot to offer in
the way of art, music, great food, and did anyone mention coffee? |
 |
The University of Washington is great for an advanced education or just
for some recreational boating. |
 |
The Seattle Center is host to a number of annual events, the Pacific
Northwest Ballet, concerts at the Key Arena, and more. |
