You will find that people are happy with standard domesticated pets (cats and dogs for example), and there is no weight limit.  Then again, any animal that bothers other homeowners will have to be removed (makes sense).  Also exotic pets are not allowed.  A Cougar may me a cat, and you may have a house, but that doesn't make it a house cat.
